California Republicans persist with Orange County racing

Two Republican Congressional members in Orange County maintain their lead over rival Democrats, while two Republican seats within the county have fierce races with the Republicans.

Rep. District 45 Michelle Steel (R-CA) and District 40 representative Young Kim (R-CA), each elected in 2020 as the primary two Korean-American women in Congress, each with a double-digit lead to this point.

Results proceed to flow to the county and state – it’s a protracted and arduous process on the earth’s high-tech capital, due to liberal voting processes and the widespread use of email ballots.

Democrat representatives Mike Levin of District 49 – where President Joe Biden ran an election rally in the ultimate days of the election – and District 47 Katie Porter still have a lean lead.

Further north in Los Angeles, several key local races remain undecided. Outsider Rick Caruso (D) has a slight advantage within the race for mayor over Democratic Party favorite, Rep. Karen Bass (D-CA).

In Ventura County, international Mike Garcia (R-CA) had a decisive advantage over recurring opponent Christy Smith. Within the Central Valley, Republican John Duarte had a razor-thin advantage over Democrat Adam Gray within the thirteenth arrondissement.

It just isn’t unusual for clues to vary hands in California because the ballot papers arrive within the mail, a process that has been a source of frustration for candidates and voters, especially but not limited to Republicans.

In recent times, Republicans have reclaimed the seats they lost to Democrats by adopting occult practices which might be legal in California, corresponding to “ballot collecting” wherein activists forged other people’s ballots.
