Real estate tech firm Lone Wolf, for instance, used the newly invented flagship event of the National Association of Realtors in Orlando, NAR NXTto share your latest Leads + feature.
The brand new feature set will help agents think less about recent leads and more about handling what’s most important in a changing market: Existing company, said Lone Wolf CEO Jimmy Kelly in an announcement sent on the NAR event on the corporate’s website.
“Our priority is to simplify real estate for everybody,” Kelly said in a press release. “Leads + ensures that agents have the time and suppleness to do what they do best – help people discover a home.”
As announced, the seller-oriented add-on to Lone Wolf’s extensive business software suite is designed to search out and secure auction prospects for its users. The answer comes at a time when the market brakes are red hot to compensate for the burden of rising rates of interest and relentless inflation.
Agents will use Leads + along side existing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and follow-up technologies, leveraging automated marketing content generation, creative services and promoting plans to succeed in interested sellers within the agent, team or brokerage area.
“Identifies ad text, placement, and budget to grab attention, and directs potential customers to monitored and conversion-tested landing pages,” the statement said. “[It] it makes it easier for agents to hook up with highly qualified leads – and vice versa – by combining human and technology follow-up using proven conversion strategies. ”
Leads +’s specific capabilities include replicating successful ad campaigns, geo-targeting, landing page creation and long-term maintenance activities combining manual adjustment with automatic performance.
Lone Wolf was recently chosen as the first back-office solution provider for The Keyes Company, an independent brokerage firm with a protracted tradition in Florida, in line with an announcement sent to Inman on November 9.
The partnership was announced after a 12 months of collaboration to mix Lone Wolf’s back office, trading software and brokerage metrics with existing Keyes operations serving greater than 3,600 agents.
“The collaboration will enable all Keyes offices to access the Lone Wolf Back Office, back office and accounting system that supports real estate related functions similar to customs commissions, MLS integration, reporting and agent management amongst others,” Lone Wolf said.
