A 3rd suspect in reference to the fatal shooting on the Halloween party in Covina reported to authorities on the US-Mexico border on Thursday, leaving no other suspects at large.
Joel Daniel Garcia, 19, surrendered around 11:35 am before US Customs and Border Protection at Otay Mesa, San Diego, in accordance with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Two other suspects, 18-year-old Adrian Joseph Robles and 19-year-old Brian Thomas Ramos, reported on Saturday, MPs said.
Because of this of the shootout on October 30, two men were killed and two were injured. MPs responded to the decision at around 12:24 PM in Block 17,000 East Bellbrook Avenue found 4 men with gunshot wounds.
There was a celebration on the residence and one among the people pulled out a gun and opened fire on the run, homicide investigators said.
One victim was killed immediately and three others were taken to the local hospital where one died.
