A possible overdose in Los Angeles sends 5 to the hospital

Five people were rushed to an area hospital after overdosing in Granada Hills on Saturday morning.

A “multi-patient medical” situation was reported shortly after 8 a.m. when the Los Angeles fire department responded to dam 16900 on West Blackhawk Street. LAFD said in a warning.

When LAFD officials arrived, it was deemed a “medical emergency,” added Hernandez of the Los Angeles Police Department.

In line with the Fire Department, five people, three women aged 26, 30 and 30, and two men aged around 30 and 40, were transported in an unknown state.

Video made available within the Citizen application showed many fire departments on the scene.
